About Tom Healy
Tom Healy, Founder & President of Reach Your Vision, is “America’s Most Dynamic Young Speaker”. Tom was born and raised in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania and attended Ohio University in Athens, Ohio. As an undergraduate at OU, Tom served in student leadership roles for a variety of organizations, including Sigma Alpha Epsilon fraternity, the Interfraternity Council, the Greek Community Council and the Council of Student Leaders.
After college, Tom relocated to Arizona where he was serving as a financial advisor for a Fortunate 500 company when he had his first book published, The Course They Forgot to Offer. His passion for helping students and young professionals led to him leaving corporate America to start his own company, Reach Your Vision. The company has evolved into a source for students and young professionals to be inspired through keynote talks, books, home study courses, coaching programs and live events. Tom shows his audiences how to be successful doing what they are passionate about while staying focused on their “vision of success”.
In addition to his own experience as a student leader, young professional and entrepreneur, Tom has spent thousands of hours studying the world’s most successful individuals, researching the characteristics necessary for success and developing the most effective method for students and young professionals to experience immediate success in their lives and careers. His audiences especially enjoy his message because they find it so easy to relate to a younger speaker and author who made a quick transition from student leader to successful entrepreneur.
Tom runs his business out of Scottsdale, Arizona. He is a member of the Business Leaders of North Scottsdale, the North Scottsdale Chamber of Commerce and is a founding member of the Young Professionals of North Scottsdale. Outside of business, Tom enjoys his volunteer work with the Arizona Alumni Association of Ohio University, the Boys & Girls Club of Greater Scottsdale and serving as an alumni advisor for Sigma Alpha Epsilon fraternity. He also enjoys playing golf, traveling to new places, meeting new people and spending as much time as possible with his friends and family.
